How to Approve/Reject Tickets for Managers:

1. Managers will receive a notification in their registered email when a user from their department created a new ticket.

2. Press the link "Logging in Here" or "Login Di Sini", this will takes you to the login page of your account. Login to your account using the username/email and password you have created

3. Change the Status of the ticket by firstly pressing the "Ticket Status" option in the reply and change to "Manager Approved" or "Manager Disapproved" and filling the response. Response can be filled manually or from the option provided. Then, post reply to finish changing the status of the ticket.

4. Only for LEMBUR, needs another EXTRA step to notify management by transferring the ticket by pressing the "Transfer" button (Arrow going to the right) as shown on the image. Choose: "Management" as the department and press Transfer. Management will be notified of your approval and process the ticket.


Reminder: If a manager creates the ticket directly, they will still need to transfer to management.
