If you have not created a user account for the ticket system, please follow the instruction below:
1. First, you need to register as a user with your email of @sekarlaut.com. If you don't have one, please directly contact MIS Department of Sekar Laut or Request a new @sekarlaut.com Email using ticket system by following the steps in the link below:

2. Go to ticket.sekarlaut.id and press "Sign in" on the top right of the page. Choose "Create an account" in the new page opened. Fill in the information required and press register.
3. You will be sent a confirmation email to the email you provided. Please confirm by opening the confirmation mail and pressing the link provided sent to you to your email.
4. You are now registered as a user and can start using the ticket system.
