Hi, this page will help you in opening a new ticket.
If you have NOT created a user account for the ticket system please go to this page: How To Open a New Ticket ,
Follow the instructions below to open a new ticket:
1. Open ticket.sekarlaut.id and Select Sign in or Open a new Ticket
2. You will be redirected to the sign in page, please sign in with the email or username and password you have created.
3. Choose "Open a New Ticket" at the top of the page.
4. Select the Help Topic to choose the department you request assistance of
5. Please Fill in the Issue Summary and Details on the space provided.
6. Select Create ticket and wait for it to be approved by the system.
7. You will be sent an email that provide a link to monitor this ticket progress or you can open the ticket from the "Tickets" page after signing in.
8. You will be notified of the ticket response of the department you require assistance of through your email. After the assistance is considered finished, the department can close the ticket of the user. If the user doesn't think that the assistance is finished, you can reopen the ticket by replying in the ticket as it will be automatically reopened.
